The service is included free in most new BMWs. After expiration, it can be purchased at a yearly rate. With BMW’s built-in Emergency SOS feature, assistance is only a button press away. In an emergency, your BMW automatically alerts our call centre, ensuring help is dispatched when you need it most.With bmw roadside assistance, a bmw specialist is just one call away. Whether by telephone, a click in the idrive menu or via the my bmw app, they are available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.When a BMW company car is recovered by BMW Emergency Service, a status update will be given within two hours of its arrival. Any repairs will begin within 48 hours. All vehicles will be given a complimentary wash and vacuum after a service or major repair.
Do I have BMW Assist?
Most new BMW models come with complimentary roadside assistance for 24-36 months (or up to a certain mileage limit, typically 36,000 miles). However, this warranty will not cover parts generally subjected to wear and tear, like your brake pads or filters.The BMW New Vehicle Limited Warranty lasts for up to four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Like most warranties, it protects you against defects in parts or workmanship related to a vast array of covered components.When you purchase an Insured Warranty it automatically comes with Warranty Assistance. This means we will cover the costs of taking your car to the nearest BMW Retailer if you breakdown more than half a mile from your home address and the problem cannot be resolved at the roadside.BMW Maintenance Program Covers all factory-recommended maintenance services – from oil, filter, and fluid changes to new brake pads and discs, spark plugs, and wiper blades.

Warranty Assistance comes as part of a BMW Insured Warranty policy and cannot be purchased separately. If you’d like a basic level of Roadside Assistance cover without having to purchase a warranty then our BMW Roadside Assistance Essential cover may be more suitable.
