Which is faster, 335i or 335d?
So what’s quickest then, a 335d or a 335i? Ultimately the 335i has far more tuning potential so is faster overall. Having said that a tuned 335d was faster round a track than the equivalantly tuned 335i. The 335i is quite a bit quicker, but the 335d is one bad a$$ deisel.The key difference is that the 330d uses one turbocharger, while the 335d is twin-turbocharged. This gives them 255hp and 308hp respectively.
Is 335d better than 330d?
I’ve owned some fairly quick cars (civic type-r for example) and the 330 is much quicker than that.
