How rare is the M3 cs?
The M3 CS may still be one of the rare models to wear the Club Sport designation, though. The previous generation (F80 M3 CS was limited to 1,200 units and the M5 CS to approximately 1,000, but both the M4 CS (3,000 units over two years) and M2 CS (2,200 units) were more abundant. The BMW M5 CS was the first—and so far, only—’Competition Sport’ version of the M5 sedan. With less weight and more power than the F90 M5 it’s based on, this is one truly special M5. While we haven’t yet fully instrument-tested the M3 CS, we expect it to be a bit quicker than BMW’s estimate. We’ve clocked a 3. M3 Competition, and that car makes less power and weighs more than the CS. Much more meaningful, however, is the significantly quicker quarter-mile time: The CS did the run in 10. M3 Comp xDrive, which needed 11. This is really indicative of how the M3 CS performs.
Is M3 or M4 comp faster?
Both the M3 and M4 deliver impressive acceleration. However, slight variations in weight and drivetrain configurations influence their 0-60 mph times.
