How much HP do Moto2 bikes have?
Already renowned as one of the great sounds in motorcycling, Triumph’s 2019 765cc Moto2™ Triple engine is the result of a two-year engineering development program, with race-tuned modifications that deliver over 138 horsepower and provide greater Moto2™ performance levels than ever before. At present, Moto3 bikes use 250cc single-cylinder engines supplied by KTM or Honda, capped at €60,000 for six units under current regulations. Chassis are limited to €85,000. Those figures are considered excessive, and the simplified technical concept behind the new bikes is expected to reduce costs substantially.
